Who this
works for

This works for anyone who used to feel alive in what they did — and doesn't quite anymore. You don't need to be in crisis. You just need to be willing to look honestly at what happened.

The one exception: if you're in acute crisis or need ongoing clinical support, I'm not the right fit.

Is this therapy?

No. This is a focused psychological consultation — structured and precise. It's not psychotherapy and doesn't replace clinical care.

What if one session isn't enough?

Many people find one session sufficient to reorient their thinking. Follow-up sessions are available depending on my capacity.

Is it confidential?

Yes. Everything stays between us. Your Case File is yours alone.

Can I expense this?

Many clients expense this as coaching or professional development.
